Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure, and be legally able to accept these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. The service is not intended for children under 13.

AI-generated results

Logo Pop uses automated systems to create design directions from your brief. Results may contain errors, resemble existing material, or be unsuitable for a particular market. We do not guarantee uniqueness, originality, non-infringement, trademark availability, or registration. You are responsible for reviewing a result and obtaining appropriate trademark or legal clearance before commercial use.

Using generated logos

You may use generated results for personal and commercial projects, including modifying them and using them in client projects. Logo Pop does not guarantee that results are unique, eligible for copyright protection, or registrable as trademarks. Before use, you must ensure that your input materials and intended use do not infringe third-party rights.

Your content

You retain any rights you have in briefs, names, reference images, and other material you submit. You grant Logo Pop a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that material only as needed to operate, secure, and support the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Credits, expiry, and refunds

One completed nine-logo generation uses one credit. Regeneration uses an additional credit. Sample previews and repeat downloads do not use credits. PayPal processes checkout. A verified purchase adds credits and resets the expiry of all still-valid, unused credits to 30 days after purchase; already expired credits are not revived.

Credit purchases and completed generations are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. A confirmed generation failure releases the reserved credit. Dissatisfaction with a delivered design, a change of mind, or failure to download before storage expiry does not create a refund right.

Storage and availability

Completed live boards are stored for 60 days after saving, then permanently deleted. Downloading does not extend the period. You are responsible for keeping copies you need. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Acceptable use

Do not use Logo Pop to violate law or intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; impersonate others; create deceptive or abusive content; probe or disrupt the service; bypass security or credit controls; automate excessive requests; or distribute malware. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logo Pop is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Logo Pop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material revisions will receive a new effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions can be sent to logopop.support@gmail.com.
